Enjoy The Golden Moments At The Heart
The Choobi Bridge, also known as the Pol-e Choobi or Wooden Bridge, is a historic landmark in Isfahan, Iran, dating back to the Safavid era. Built in 1651 CE, it connected the city center with the expanding southern and western districts, facilitating trade, transportation, and cultural exchange. The bridge's wooden structure, a testament to the region's rich timber resources, is a unique architectural marvel. In 1931, Haji Seyed Abdolrahim Mahmoudieh undertook a comprehensive restoration project to preserve the bridge's historical significance. In 1975, it was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, solidifying its status as an internationally recognized cultural treasure. Today, the Choobi Bridge remains a popular tourist attraction, offering visitors a journey through time and the echoes of the past.
